At Hyperwear, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included before taping the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
